Jennie Franceschi

Jennie has extensive experience in the avocado industry and is a dynamic fresh produce marketer.

The family orchard was the first commercial avocado orchard in Western Australia, planted in 1974 and Jennie has been involved with growing & packing of avocados since then. Jennie and her husband Wayne moved to Pemberton in 1987 and together they developed 2 large orchards along with a fruit packing & marketing operation.

Jennie has been involved with the Avocado Growers Association of WA since it conception and was the West Australian Director on the board of Avocados Australia Ltd from 2005 to 2009.

Wayne Franceschi

Wayne has been a integral part of the avocado industry for over 20 years where he has held positions on the Avocados Australia Ltd board as a Director and is the current Chairperson for Avocado Growers Association of Western Australia.

Wayne is a HACCP practioner and is the manager of our quality assurance programs. He has widespread knowledge of current orchard practices and is able to advise our growers on the best growing techniques available.

Tracey Hutcheson

Tracey emmigrated from the UK in 1995 where she gained valuable experience working in the fresh produce industry. As a merchandiser she was regularly in contact with all areas of the supply chain and she also completed studies in Agricultural Marketing and Business Administration. .

Tracey took a break from the workforce to have a family and then returned to work within the avocado industry in 2004 bringing a variety of management skills to her role.

Dean French

Dean has 10 years experience growing, packing and marketing avocados and onions to both local and interstate wholesale and retail markets.

With 10 years of general farm management, where he deals with all areas of farming operations, Dean has gained a vast knowledge of farm management and general business requirements.
